Why not hire a full-time designer?
A senior designer costs well over $100k a year plus benefits, and there won't always be enough work to keep them busy. With a subscription you pay one flat monthly fee, pause when things are quiet, and only pay for the months you need.
How fast will I get my designs?
Most requests are delivered within two to three business days. Larger pieces, like a full page or a component set, are split into smaller deliverables so you see progress every few days.
What if I don’t like the design?
We keep revising until you're happy. Leave feedback on the Trello card and the request goes back into progress until you approve it.
Is there a limit on requests?
No. Add as many requests to your board as you like. We work on one at a time, and as soon as one is approved the next one starts.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Pause anytime and the unused days of your billing cycle carry over when you come back. Cancel anytime with no long-term contract.
